I live in Ontario. 211 is the number of mental health. If this fails, call 411 and ask for the mental health hotline.

This is an informational website (Center for Addiction and Mental Health), and it is with May in connection with any part of Ontario.
If you live in Toronto, call 411 for the number Gerstein Center. This is a really good open depression hotline, 24 hours. There are other lines, but I just called the center Gerstein, so I do not know the other numbers. But if you know them call 411 others.
Gerstein Center, you can even spend the night if not staying in a hospital, but I want people around. Visit also speak in the city, in person with someone. Is 24 hours.
But I am sure that the number is 211, what you want on mental health. You will be redirected to a help desk.
