Making Boerewors Does Anybody Know How To Make Boerewors?

Does anybody know how to make boerewors? - making boerewors

These sausages are South Africa and really delicious. Whether I can get here in the U.S.?

Boerewors Recipe
Boerewors recipe that has existed for a long time.

2 kg (4.4 lb) of best beef
1 kg (2,2 lb) of pork
20 g (50 ml or 10 tsp) Coriander
2 ml (½ tsp) ground cloves
2 ml (½ tsp) ground nutmeg
30 g (25 ml or 5 tsp) salt
5 ml (1 tsp) freshly ground black pepper
500 g (± 1 lb) bacon
100 ml vinegar
Housing (pork is good)

To prepare the coriander (15ml size 5ml)
1. Place in a dry frying pan, heat and stir until light brown.
2. Grind, sieve to remove the skin. Grind to a fine powder alone. (A bag made of plastic and storage of food, a role that works well.)

To the sauce:
1. Cut the meat into about 25 mm (1 inch) cubes.
2. Let the meat into cubes time to allow the excess blood flow.
3. Cut, cut the bacon into small pieces. Mix all the meat and spices. Add vinegar and mix well.
4. The mass in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
5. Chop everything. It is finely chopped meat - use the hole cutter which has ± ¼ inch.
6. Stuff mixturetion in the case but be careful not to be filled.
